BGS UTSAV

The BGS institutions annually organise BGS UTSAV Fest incorporating the cultural Endeavour of all schools and colleges under the BGS fold. The students of BGS participate with a healthy competitive feel in various events. The schools/colleges are marked on a point-scale, and ultimately the institution which wins the maximum points, is declared the winner of the overall trophy. A small group of about 30-35 students from BGSIPS represents the school at the fest. They participate in almost all the competitions in the Fest. A small group of teachers accompany the Principal to supervise the requirements of the contingent. The teacher coordinator and the teacher associates are responsible for the maintenance of records and tickets for the to and fro journey, checking in luggage, organize costume, make-up and props and see to it that the stay of the children is comfortable.
